serious question

what exactly is so appealing about winter
i'm genuinely curious about this like
why do so many of you enjoy it i literally don't get it
because today i had to wait for the bus for like 30 minutes while it was snowing and the wind decided to blow directly at my face in the process and i was basically freezing my ass off while covered in snowflakes and i basically made it home in a soaking wet jacket
and every single time i say that it's snowing at least one person tells me that i'm lucky for getting snow like???? no i'm not???? i am not lucky for having to go to school in disgusting frigid weather but if that's what you guys like then take it because i want no part of it
i'm sorry but not really because winter is fucking gross and i hate it with a passion and it needs to end already
when you grow up in a place that gets nasty freezing snowstorms that leave 1-2 feet or even bigger piles of snow on the ground every other day during winter you learn to get very tired of it very easily
